To process payment and ship your order, we require your name, address, city, zip code, phone number, and credit card number. We require separate address information when your billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

In addition to communicating with you about your order via email, we may occasionally email you a newsletter and/or a notice of a special sale or new product offering. However, we will not send newsletters or notices more than once every three months. We are committed to no-spam practices. We do not wish to fill your email inbox with junk mail.
