eStovesNMore is dedicated to bringing you the best possible shipping rates nationwide for product deliveries. That is why we quote each shipment separately and charge you the lowest possible rate for shipments all across the U.S.

Shipping Methods

Residential Liftgate Residential liftgate is where we deliver the product to your driveway. (Our shipping companies will deliver the product only to your driveway. They will not carry it in the house or move it for you.)

Next Day Air Deliveries Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Deliveries are available. These deliveries are our highest rates. Please call for an exact shipping quote.

International Deliveries We are not exporters, but we do have access to internationally know export companies and would be glad in assisting you to arrange for the pickup of your purchase at our warehouse and obtaining price quotes for such services. All purchases for international delivery are FOB, (freight on bay) at our location, and all liability for any damage or warranty ends upon pickup at our terminal. All payments must be made in advance of shipment and with international deliveries, we only accept cash, bank check or certified funds. All international sales are final.

Upon Delivery you should carefully inspect the shipment for any damage. Although it is rare, there are instances where damage does occur in shipping. We implore you to contact us immediately on any item where major shipping damage is detected. We guarantee all grills and stoves to arrive in useable condition. So inspect the box before signing it into your possession. The last thing we want is for you to take delivery on a damaged item, where the potential for having to file a freight claim may occur.

Any verifiable non-shipping damage you discover after accepting the unit may also be covered by eStovesNMore. We will send (at our discretion, should the parts exceed our internal formulas we reserve the right to have you repackage the product and ship it back to us.) any parts required that we deem a legitimate claim, should the need arise for a period of 24 hours after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse your claim if any improprieties are detected.

Some items you order i.e. covers, side burners etc. may not be in stock at the time we ship your unit. These items will be on a back ordered status and will ship as soon as they become available to us.
